At Vedaric, we want you to be satisfied with our Service. This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds for subscription fees paid to Vedaric. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Refund Period
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund.
2.2 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Request the refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase (first-time purchase only)
- Have used the Service in good faith (not abused or violated our Terms of Service)
- Provide a valid reason for the refund request
- Not have received a refund from Vedaric previously (one refund per customer)
2.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Renewed subscriptions: Refunds are only available for initial purchases, not subscription renewals
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day refund window: Refunds must be requested within 7 days of purchase
- Free plan features: No payment made, therefore no refund applicable
- Accounts terminated for violation of Terms of Service: Accounts terminated for abuse or policy violations are not eligible
- Repeat refund requests: Only one refund per customer is permitted to prevent abuse
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@vedaric.com with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of initial subscription purchase (must be within 7 days)
- Transaction ID or payment receipt
- Reason for refund request (we use this feedback to improve our product)
We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds are only available for your first purchase, and only one refund per customer is permitted.
4. Refund Processing
4.1 Processing Time
Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
4.2 Refund Amount
For eligible refunds, we will refund:
- The full subscription amount paid (minus any transaction fees if applicable)
- Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original payment
4.3 Payment Gateway Fees
Payment gateway processing fees (charged by Razorpay or Stripe) are non-refundable. However, we will refund the full subscription amount you paid, and we absorb the gateway fees as part of our customer service commitment.
5. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation:
- Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- Does not automatically trigger a refund (unless within 7-day window)
- Allows you to continue using Pro features until the end of the paid period
- Prevents future automatic renewals
If you cancel within the 7-day refund window, you may be eligible for a refund as described above.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider:
- Your account will be immediately suspended pending resolution
- We will investigate the dispute and provide evidence to your payment provider
- If the chargeback is found to be fraudulent, your account may be permanently terminated

7. Special Circumstances
7.1 Service Interruptions
If the Service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 48 hours) due to our fault, we may offer:
- Service credit (extension of subscription period)
- Partial refund for the affected period
- Full refund if the interruption is severe and prolonged
7.2 Billing Errors
If you are charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, we will:
- Immediately correct the error
- Refund any overcharged amount
- Notify you of the correction
8. Changes to Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
